Previous experience working within reablement, acute and community stroke rehabilitation and vascular acute rehab settings. I currently work within adult social care carrying out various assessments within care homes and client's homes. I deliver various interventions such as minor and major adaptations, moving and handling support, 24 hour posture management plans and delivering posture management awareness sessions. In 2019 I completed a post graduate course in posture management for people with complex disabilities at Oxford brooke University. In May 2021 I have completed the a1 risk solutions training the trainer course.
