Dr. Divya Nandwani is a detail-oriented optometrist who offers comprehensive eye care to patients of all ages. She obtained her doctoral degree in optometry from SUNY College of Optometry and can diagnose and treat various eye conditions. She also completed her residency in pediatric optometry at SUNY College of Optometry with particular focus on infant, toddler, and pediatric eye care, children with special needs, strabismus, and vision therapy. She has presented a COPE-approved lecture on hyperopia in pediatric patients. Dr. Nandwani practices at Metropolitan Vision Downtown in New York, NY. She educates her patients on proper eye care and offers personalized solutions to enhance her patients’ visual clarity and ocular health. Moreover, her compassionate approach and clinical expertise ensure optimal ocular health for each patient. In addition to pediatric eye care and myopia management, she has special interest in contact lenses, orthokeratology, and dry eye related conditions. She is a Fellow of the American Academy of Optometry and also an Assistant Clinical Professor for SUNY College of Optometry. She is an active member of the American Academy of Orthokeratology & Myopia Control (AAOMC), College of Optometrists in Vision Development (COVD), American Optometric Association (AOA), and New York State Optometric Association (NYSOA).
