Diren Arsoy, MD, is a board-certified Orthopaedic surgeon who specializes in reconstructive surgery of the hip and knee including primary and revision hip and knee arthroplasty. He has special interest in hip disorders of the young adult and adolescent due to sports injuries, hip impingement, dysplasia and childhood deformities such as Perthes disease and SCFE. He has significant clinical expertise in hip preservation surgeries such as hip arthroscopy, pelvic osteotomies and open hip impingement procedures. Dr. Arsoy completed Orthopaedic surgery residency at Mayo Clinic, followed by an adult reconstruction and joint replacement fellowship at Stanford University. He completed an additional fellowship in complex acetabular and pelvic reconstruction at Hospital for Special Surgery. Dr. Arsoy was awarded the Hip Society’s M. E. Mueller Foundation traveling fellowship, where he was able to study advanced surgical techniques in hip preservation from surgeons in Europe. In addition to his clinical work, Dr. Arsoy is committed to the improvement of patient outcomes.
