Highly motivated, with the ability to self-audit and continually improve patient care and personal/team performance. • Highly skilled in team building within a unit /service specific framework. • International clinical experience in a variety of sub specialities of psychiatry and health-care systems. • Able to perceive situational overviews and organisational interfaces while able to focus on specifics and detailed issues. • Experienced in evaluating challenging cases, innovating and implementing individually tailored patient management programmes in a multidisciplinary setting ranging from Forensic Medium Secure to Residential and Supported Living. • Special clinical interest in the psychological management of mentally impaired /ill, sex-offenders, Autistic Spectrum Condition, Prader Willi Syndrome and those with complex challenging behaviour. • Special interest in Mental Health Law and application of Human Rights Act in a mental health setting
