having been in retail for several years now, I have a strong understanding of customer service and the importance of customer satisfaction. in my current work I have been entrusted in the recruiting and training of new colleagues; general management of shop floor, as well as counting tills. These are all things I can now do comfortably and confidently, and are easily transferable into new work.
