I'm interested in research and practice in Organisational Psychology and Behavioural Science. I have a variety of research and clinical skills. I am enthusiastic and committed to learning, and have undertaken CPD in various therapeutic approaches. I enjoy keeping my knowledge up-to-date with evidence-based practice, which I use to inform the content of my work. In my current role, I lead mental health awareness and promotion in a corporate environment through creating assets, analysing and reporting on trends, and offering consultancy on organisations' wellbeing strategy.
