As a rotational clinical pharmacist at Guy's and St Thomas' NHS Foundation Trust, I provide high-quality pharmacy services to patients across a wide range of clinical specialities and healthcare settings, including adult, paediatric, mental health, technical, medicines information, and dispensary services, as well as primary care. These rotations have helped to develop my clinical knowledge and build an extensive set of transferable skills. Being involved in the STEP residency programme, demonstrates my ongoing commitment to deliver high quality pharmacy services and patient centred care 24/7. Through collaborating with colleagues, patients and other members of the multidisciplinary team, I continue to improve the quality and efficiency of pharmacy services and contribute to the wider goals set at a Trust and National level.
