She has a Juris Doctor Law Degree from the Jacob D. Fuschberg Law School in NY and she is a multistate licensed LCSW. She earned her Master's degree in Social Work from the Adelphi University- School of Social Work in NY with a specialization mental health and addictions She holds a BA from Hofstra University in NY with a Major in Sociology and a Minor in Political Science and French Language/Culture.
