My Name is Delia Gonzalez and have been working in the mental health field for over 25 years in the role of a therapist. I presently reside in the State of Florida and originally from Brooklyn, New York. I possess a master’s in social work from State University at Stony Brook and absolutely enjoy working in this field. I have a passion for working with individuals and their families on specific goals they want to achieve. As a therapist my goal is to assure the client and their family members will have the opportunity to be heard in order to enhance the family unit and meet their goals.I facilitate education and processing groups where everyone will have the opportunity to receive the support and encourage of other group members. My goal is to assure we create a safe environment for everyone as all experiences are unique.I specialize in grief and loss, addiction and infant mental health. My Philosophy is we are always a student and open to learning new information. I am a true believer there is always a solution and creating a positive and healthy mindset is key.
