I used to offer Health & Safety and First Aid training and have experience in many sectors including manufacturing, care homes, call centres, and the education sector. My specialities include dementia, manual handling, safeguarding, and carrying out training needs assessment in companies. In order to cater for the wide range of mandatory training requirements for Care Homes, I offer training in : First Aid Moving and Handling (generic and people) Fire Safety Infection Control Dementia Awareness Epilepsy Awareness Stroke Awareness Palliative Care Having spent time in the Royal Army Medical Corps, my military experience has taught me that the key to handling life threatening situations is to build trust and keep the casualty calm. I have also worked as a safety and training officer in a construction company working under the New Roads and Street Works Act, and as a training officer for a large security company. My courses are customised for each client, educational and filled with real life situations. In order to maximise the impact of my training programmes, I restrict my groups to 12 people and enjoy lots of repeat business from my loyal customers.
