I am an effective experienced transformational senior medical leader. I am Chief Medical Officer at Priory. During the last three years I have managed 10 service lines across over 46 sites in three countries. I have been a member of the executive and Healthcare operating board and supported Priory through the recent challenges of Covid pandemic, IR 35 and a sales process. In 2021, I completed my two year Masters in Medical Leadership Course at Bayes (formerly CASS) Business School where I was awarded a distinction. I was also invited to receive the Charted Managers award from the CMI. In 2015, as a Medical d Director of the North London Clinic, the hospital received an Outstanding from CQC, achieving outstanding for the domains of effectiveness and leadership with good achieved for all other domains. My hospital was selected as a case study by CQC for standards mental health hospitals should strive to achieve. In the last two years I have led on digital innovation, chairing the innovation steering group, the implementation of a unified electronic patient record and improving our use of data across healthcare, chairing the data group. I have 10 clinical directors and over 40 medical directors that I manage and I strive to continually improve our quality of service, placing patients at the center of their care. I have recently authored and launched the 3 year medical strategy and self-harm and suicide strategy for Priory and have implemented a system of 24 hour review of close observations that has seen an improvement in the way we collate information on SDN and a significant reduction in SDN hours which continue to fall since the launch of the SDN monitoring form.
