• I am a friendly, indefatigable and precise character, with a positive attitude and outlook on life in general. I am extremely ambitious and determined to excel within the pharmacy profession and make a significant contribution. • I rapidly develop rapport with colleagues; staff and customers and remain committed to the continual expansion of my skills and knowledge, exemplified by my undertaking various training subjects such as a Diploma in Marketing, Certificate in HR Management and maintaining a high level of CPD through core and advanced Pharmacy Services. • Additionally as a self employed Locum Community Pharmacist, I thoroughly enjoy my role working with customers and thrive on achieving and exceeding targets which has remained with me from around 10 years in the Retail Industry of managing stores at Store, Group and Area level and a further 5 years in Retail at junior roles prior. • My career has taken me into a Support Office role for Boots UK where I looked after a £2m spend on events and training for the Retail Business. Responsibilities were essentially in 3 key areas: event planning, supplier/vendor contracting & managing and planning & budgeting. I organised around 100 events a year from 50-1000 people, covering all areas of logistics, marketing & communication and stakeholder management. • Most recently I have re-focused my core love of community pharmacy and enhanced my service offerings for patients by undertaking my postgraduate certificate in Independent Prescribing with a keen interest in minor ailments and aesthetics, beyond this I am also completing an associate postgraduate programme with the University of Kent.
