Dr David Tissera is an experienced General Dental Surgeon based at Aura Dental, London. Dr Tissera completed his studies at Kings College School of Dentistry, London in 1997. Following this, he carried out his postgraduate studies at Kings College and St Georges Hospital in maxillofacial/oral surgery and paediatrics. He has previously held the role of Honorary Clinical Assistant in restorative dentistry at St Georges Hospital for 2 years, performing microscope-assisted endodontic procedures and he regularly dealt with complex cases referred by other dentists. Dr Tissera has been practising privately for the past 18 years and has a special interest in restorative, advanced cosmetic and implant dentistry. He has experience of many systems in adult aesthetic orthodontics including CFast, Inman Aligner and he is a Level 2 provider of Six Month Smiles. Dr Tissera has also completed a further qualification in Cosmetic Dentistry providing him with the skills to carry out Smile Design/Makeover procedures. Dr Tisseras professional memberships include the British Academy of Cosmetic Dentistry (BACD), the British Dental Association and the European Society of Aesthetic Orthodontics (ESAO).
