Dr Nightingale achieved a First class BSc honours degree in Applied Psychology, followed by a Doctorate in Clinical Psychology. He has been providing clinical psychology input to adult clients for over twenty years. Dr Nightingale is a registered provider with many health insurance companies. He retains an enthusiasm and commitment to working with individuals or groups, in order to strive to make a significant positive contribution.

Dr Nightingale has extensive training & over twenty years of experience assisting people with various mental health challenges, including: depression; anxiety; phobias; obsessive compulsive disorder (OCD); anger management problems; panic disorder; relationship problems; post traumatic stress disorder, (PTSD); bereavement; substance abuse; worrying; social anxiety; work-related stress, low self esteem; assertiveness problems. Ultimately, therapy is tailored to meet the specific needs of the client.
