Dr. Luria’s interest in vision started at a young age as a volunteer for many vision experiments for the Naval Medical Research Lab in Groton, CT. Upon graduation from Clark University in 1987, Optometry school was the next logical step. He graduated from the New England College of Optometry in 1991. Dry Eye Specialist Dr. Luria is a provider of iLux dry eye therapy and the NEUROLENS for computer vision syndrome and head ache relief. After 8 years in independent practice, he started Eye Q Optical in 1999. Dr. Luria prides himself on the latest technology. He offers iZon lenses which correct not only your prescription, but the distortions in the optics of your eye. He fits custom designed progressive lenses with the Essilor VisiOffice which is the most custom designed, 3D measured lens on the market. In addition, Dr. Luria has been designing eyeglass frames for a decade and his shop displays many of his unique styles. Dr. Luria’s interests in Optometry are contact lenses, nutrition and ocular health, and dry eye management. Dr. Luria is a provider of the iLux treatment for dry eye.
