Dr. Garate believes strongly that every day he practices dentistry and in life to bring the highest ethics to everything he does. He truly cares about understanding and solving the specific needs of each of his patients to ensure they are always comfortable and well taken care of. He graduated at the top of his class at the prestigious UABC University, and his desire to learn new things to offer his patients superior service led him to participate in an International Dental program for two years at LaSalle University to enhance his practice of dentistry, where he also graduated with honors.
