Radiology now plays a central role in detection, staging and surveillance of Gastrointestinal Disorders. David enjoys working closely with GPs and specialist colleagues to ensure patients receive the best care and have the best possible outcomes through timely and appropriate use of the latest imaging technology. David chairs the National Co-ordinating Group for Quality Assurance of Radiology in the UK's Bowel Cancer Screening Programme and is Co-Lead for 'Early Diagnosis' pathways in the London Cancer Alliance Colorectal Cancer Group.
