I have worked for Stagecoach East for 5 years. I am currently a depot controller. I am a confident, approachable, ambitious young man who has a strong work ethic and strives to become a manager in the future. I am adaptable and flexible and I have a positive can do attitude to any problem that I encounter. I am playing a large role in changing the control room as well as taking on other tasks to help with my own development. I lead a team of 10 strong controllers/ relief controllers and have many tasks that I complete in this role. In charge of training and building a profile of Cambridge Depot. A massive part of my role is raising awareness of Mental Health issues within the Bus transport industry. I am leading a steering group on how we can do better for all our colleagues in the Bus industry and their mental health.
