I am an integrative therapist with an extensive experience of working in charities and as a part of the IAPT programmes.I might be able to help if you are struggling with depression, anxiety, relationship difficulties, feeling hopeless or trapped in addictive or codependent behavioural patterns. You might also just be feeling that something is missing in your life, but are not sure what is the reason that you are feeling that way. Maybe you are also wondering about your identity and searching for a deeper meaning and purpose.Our sessions will provide a safe space to talk, to be really listened to and accepted for who you are. The aim is to help you find a way to feel happier, more secure and connected. This journey might be challenging sometimes, but it is always a rewarding one. Sessions are 50 minutes long and we will agree together on either shorter (6-12 sessions) or longer-term counselling, depending on your needs and preferences.I am integrating various approaches, depending on the issue that brings you to counselling and what might work best for you.We will often explore your attachment history and relationships you have with others today.
