Personality traits: -highly organised and a good work ethic. -the fascination in how people work together and trying to perfect a working environment. -Well disciplined in understanding assignments and developing new strategies and ideas. -Enjoy working in a team and working together to achieve a goal. My experience of human resources is in an NHS background where I have learned the importance that human resources has on an organisation. One of my roles within the hospital is working with the temporary staffing team with there human resources needs and applying the knowledge I have gained from university. An example of how I have used my knowledge from the university is creating a new reflection document for staff to use so they can track changes. This is used to as a tool to help improve staffs communication that there is a change and that it is improving there experience at work. I used my knowledge of occupational psychology to improve an already existing document and has shown to be effective. This teamwork is what I want to bring to companies and I know that human resources take has a large part to play in companies policy that can enhance teams performance and enjoyment at work. I have worked hard to be in the position of a postgraduate and will continue to work hard to achieve the most I can out my career. I know I have the ability to become a great asset to an organisation because I have always been praised for work for my hard work and the quick pace at which I learn.
