You might even be wondering if you are worthy of therapy at all. I see you. I’ve been there before, too. You matter. And I would love to be able to help you to see and understand your unique self, how you got here, how you can discover and accept who you truly are, and how you can find the solutions that will make a difference in your life. I can offer you a safe and accepting space to help you explore all of these things, and find a way forward that works for you. My name is Claire, and I am an integrative counsellor. This means that I can draw from a variety of therapeutic models and techniques in a way that best suits your needs. I also offer coaching, so when you are ready to move on from working on the difficulties you are bringing from your past and present, I can help you create a roadmap for a future you really want. That could mean being more confident, more assertive, having better relationships with the people in your life, being able to make different choices, or just feeling happier with who you are.
