I am currently a Training Development Manager and Employer Liaison Officer who has 10 years experience as an Education Officer in the British Army. During this time I was recognised as a skilled strategic thinker, tackling complex problems with credible solutions. I have a real vision for student facing services and delivering projects with financial constraints to meet strict deadlines. I was responsible for the delivery and development of defence wide survival courses, including policy, leadership initiatives, and being accountable for the welfare, personal and professional development and education requirements to over 3500 students. I implemented and delivered major change programmes, and performance and risk management regimes. I am a committed and innovative team player; experienced in budgets, media relations and delivery of high-level presentations.
