I have strong interpersonal communication and have valued the relationships I have developed both with the public and other health care professionals in this time. I have been involved in the continued development and mentorship of staff members including ACTs, technicians and counter staff. Services are a key part of my work and I continually keep up to date on learning and expanding my array of services I am able to offer. These vary from standard NMS services to advanced, including flu and travel vaccines, covid vaccinations, Saxenda PGDs and fit to fly certification. I have helped in setting up a COVID vaccination clinic in store and have been adapting to meet the ever changing criteria and information that has been released. Together with colleagues and liaising with nearby GP surgeries we have delivered over 6000 vaccines as of Christmas 2021
