I currently work as a nurse consultant, with the California Correctional Health Care Services (CCHCS), where I conduct program reviews, monitor compliance, and provide guidance on best practices and standards for clinical care. My core competencies include consultation, leadership, education, mental health, public health nursing, infection control, critical thinking, quality management, process improvement, and mentoring. I have demonstrated my expertise in applying and overseeing accreditation standards from various external agencies, such as the Joint Commission, CARF, OIG, LTCI and more.
