April 2021 – Present Lloyds Pharmacy Relief Community & Outpatient Pharmacist Manager • Support the stores on divestment process and lead the team on activity tracker to achieve the outcomes • Takes on acting manager role in supporting multiple stores struggling with staff level in addition to store operation difficulties until the changeover towards the new ownership • Support efficient delivery of community pharmacy services • Achieve excellence and provide exceptional customer care and services • Supporting and work with different teams in driving excellent business performance by coaching and sharing knowledge • Guide the teams to ensure staffs are kept up to date with all services and company communications • Act as temporary store based pharmacist in branches where no permanent pharmacist available, overseeing smooth running of dispensary and ensure legal compliance of pharmacy procedures • Support the area performance by achieving targets in different commissioned services e.g. MUR, NMS, FLU JAB ETC • Update and introduce the changes to the Quality Payment scheme 2018/2019 to ensure branches meet specified quality criteria • Work alongside with healthcare professionals in the hospital to provide the best out of pharmacy service in reference to rational local guidelines. • Raise concerns with healthcare professionals during decision making based on patient-centred care in adherence to the guidelines available • Adapt to different healthcare computer systems involved in different hospitals and utilise them efficiently • Explore and practise various local guidelines adapted by different hospitals throughout the service August 2020 – April 2021 Lloyds Pharmacy Provisional Relief Pharmacist Manager (Region 4L; 4I) • Work closely with the team to provide excellent customer care and services • Train, coach and support trainee pharmacy dispenser and technicians • Work as the key member in ensuring smooth running of the business • Launch flu jab service in store to aid convenience to customers and maximise the opportunity in providing relevant services and products • Oversee the branch performances and drive the team towards achieving targets and goals in line with company vision • Involve in general management of the store to ensure smooth and effective running of business
