I’m Charlotte, recently working as a Literacy and EAL HLTA (High Level Teaching Assistant) in a state secondary school in Bristol. As a confident, curious and determined individual with a diverse skill set, I am individually able to bring a lot to the table while also excelling when working in a team. My areas of work have included education, teaching, hospitality, retail, support work and marketing within the fintech sector. I am always looking to learn and expand my expertise, which has led me to achieve a 93% grade in my TEFL qualification, alongside working with the CCDH (Center for Countering Digital Hate) during the COVID-19 pandemic and reaching an intermediate level of French and beginner’s Spanish. Making education accessible for everyone is a true passion of mine, and I am determined to play my part in spreading awareness of how traditional education can adapt to cater for all types of learners.
