Charlotte is a highly experienced Occupational Therapist specialising in adult neurorehabilitation. Charlotte is a professional, committed, caring and reflective practitioner who establishes a good rapport with her clients, families and their professionals. She has extensive experience working within a specialist Multidisciplinary Team, including Clinical Neuropsychologists, Speech and Language Therapists, Physiotherapists, Medics and Nursing and Rehabilitation Assistants. As an independent practitioner, Charlotte provides a range of services from assessment and reports to goal-oriented rehabilitation programmes, cognitive re-education, advice on home adaptations, equipment and training. She is an effective communicator and is well versed liaising with health and social services, private care providers, private case managers, employers and charitable organisations. She is skilled in splinting and casting of both upper and lower limb. Charlotte’s areas of interest include fatigue management, cognitive rehabilitation with the use of strategies and assistive technology and vocational rehabilitation. Charlotte is registered with the Health & Care Professions Council and is a member of the British Association of Occupational Therapists and College of Occupational Therapists Specialist Sections in Independent Practice and Neurological Practice.
