I started work in my early teens working in catering and moving to bar work. Then after going to university spent a year and half as a admin temp. I worked in the police service and probation and found a talent for communication and helping people in challenging situation where I moved into the care sector. I have been working in care for the last 6 years and have enjoyed it. One of my proudest achievements is setting up a community mental health football and establishing Occupational Therapy as a vital treatment in the hospital which never had it before. I wish to progress my managerial skills of organisation and following projects through to achieve a positive end result.
