A self motivated diligent and conscientious individual with HPC registration and a first class honours degree in OCCUPATIONAL THERAPY from Sheffield Hallam University. High level of education and work experience gained over 20 years in varied disciplines most recently in social services reablement. APPLE practice educator accredited and qualified Best Interests Assesor. I also undertake safeguarding investigations, where they relate to occupational therapy. I am now the prison lead for the reablement service in the Nottinghamshire area. I have also been involved in the development and training of staff, and development of the reablement service. I have been involved in safeguarding and cross service development and delivery for my own and other teams. I have recently become the prison lead OT for the reablement team, and regularly attend prison board meetings. I am also involved with local universities to speak to prospective, new and current students.
