I offer 25 years of experience in providing client-centered, interactive and supportive counseling to individuals, couples and families.I believe in utilizing guided observations and questions to empower my clients, giving them more choices in their therapeutic care and providing practical education and goals. I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) and cognitive behavioral specialist. I also have counseling experience in mental health treatment facilities and government agencies, serving a wide variety of clients.In addition to therapeutic counseling, I have worked in case management and supervisory positions, specializing in anxiety, depression, substance abuse, career counseling and disability-related concerns. Because adults and adolescents alike deal with stress from loss, self-esteem issues, critical incidents and career and life changes, I assist all ages in their healing process.
