Due to a very successful career in the Royal Navy with many diverse roles, I have gained experience in Project Delivery using predominantly Waterfall methodology and latterly Agile. During my time I managed annual budgets and large inventories to help and support projects up to £1 BILLION. • Operational Management – significant experience in planning, executing and delivering projects on budget and on time; demonstrated by organising and planning intelligence gathering operations in southeast Asia. • Communication – a skilled and effective communicator who is able to vary delivery dependent on audience. With the ability to influence peers and stakeholders such as commissioned officers to Whitehall Officials in London forging relationships of trust in order to fulfill projects from start to finish. • Logical solutions – possess the ability to assimilate and analyse information and data in an accurate and logical manner, to providing support to business in implementation of system changes ,from organising the logistics of moving premises to arrive at a timely and workable solution, whilst at the same time maintaining the service we provide to our customers. • Teamwork & Leadership – have managed teams of 7 with in a small section , co-ordinating time sechules holidays, advancement training and team bonding exercises along with coaching and mentoring for pressurised and reactive environments, building motivation to get the best from the team leading to successful outcomes.
