Dr. Mainali completed his residency training in internal medicine at Caritas Carney Hospital. He did some additional training at Beth Israel. He then worked as a hospitalist at Lawrence General Hospital and Lowell General Hospital with a very diverse community. He is well loved by his coworkers, patients, and support staff. Wanting to be more connected with the community he works in, he then founded his own practice, Everest Health Care Specialists, in Arlington Massachusetts. He has a very broad medical knowledge and is a highly capable and compassionate physician. He works in a welcoming environment that makes you feel at home. He collaborates with his partner for her integrative perspective, Dr. Thomas, while also incorporating some health and wellness approaches from his Ayurvedic roots back in Nepal.
