"Bienvenido Aquino, M.D., is board-certified in Internal Medicine. Dr. Aquino completed residencies in the Internal Medicine Program of Bronx Lebanon Hospital, affiliated with Albert Einstein College of Medicine in New York City; Brooklyn Hospital Center, affiliated with The State University of New York, Downstate Medical Center in Brooklyn, New York; and in Endocrinology and Metabolism at the Jimenez Diaz Foundation (Clínica Nuestra Señora de la Concepción) of the Universidad Autónoma of Madrid, Spain. He earned his medical degree from the Universidad Autonóma of Santo Domingo, Dominican Republic. Dr. Aquino appreciates music, travel, movies and reading, and he especially enjoys spending time with his family, his daughters and his amazing wife. On September 12, 2019, he welcomed a beautiful granddaughter named Olivia Marie. Dr. Aquino has been recognized through the NCQA’s Diabetes Recognition Program (DRP).
