I am trained in general urology and have sub-specialist training in prostate and bladder cancers. I am fellowship trained in robotic surgery and have performed over 300 robotic operations. I studied medicine in Cambridge and London. I completed his specialist training in hospitals in the south east of England. I have a Fellowship in Urological Oncology and robotic surgery from the Peter MacCallum Cancer Centre, Melbourne, Australia. I believe in a patient-centred approach to surgery that combines my professional expertise with my patients’ priorities. Alongside my clinical practice, I have an interest in improving multidisciplinary cancer teams (MDTs). I have written and presented work on decision making, non-technical skills, and leadership in MDTs. I enjoy teaching medical students, other doctors and allied healthcare professionals on communication skills, MDT improvement and urological cancers.
