Throughout these years I have been continuously striving for personal development, patient care, research ,teaching/training as well as developing new services. while working in UK I was part of team where we developed therapeutic community service for tbe Complex Needs Patients. My recent achievements are developing an accredited postgraduate training course in cognitive behaviour therapies (CBT) and establishment of department of clinical psychology and psychotherapy in Khyber Teaching Hospital Peshawar.
