As the Director of Nursing Services at Ciena Healthcare, I oversee the quality of care and services for more than 200 residents in a skilled nursing facility. I have more than seven years of experience in nursing management, staff development, and patient safety, with a focus on geriatric nursing. I am also a Master's degree student in Leadership, Analytics, and Innovation at the University of Michigan, where I am pursuing a certificate in Nursing Education.
