I’m focused in putting my passions and skills to professional use by supporting health organizations and projects. I seek opportunities to make strong professional connections. I have 19 years of clinical experience; I worked as pediatric oncology nurse for five years in King Fahad Specialist Hospital-Dammam, and as an exchange oncology trainee for three years in Roswell Park Cancer Institute in Buffalo, New York. Mostly, the oncology experience helped me to possess exceptional knowledge of the physical, psychosocial and spiritual needs of pediatric oncology patients and their caregivers. I demonstrated experience developing and maintaining rapport with pediatric patients and families, and the ability to work well with an interdisciplinary team. Then, I worked as an oncology clinical instructor after earning a master degree in nursing education for two years and six month. I Led the Saudi Commission for Health Specialties (SCFHS) Advanced Practice Clinical Nursing Diploma program in Oncology to prepare oncology nurses at postgraduate level. This experience helped me to develop effective characteristics such as being timely, organized, prepared, focused, prompts, and an excellent orator.
