Being a well established locum in the field of community pharmacy is a goal I am extremely passionate about. As a pharmacist, I hope to use my knowledge of practice to make a positive impact on the patients daily. Being a locum pharmacist would allow me to have that impact on various communities across London. Different pharmacies may require a different approach in their day-to-day operations to ensure patients receive optimum healthcare - this is a challenge I look forward to and one that I have experience overcoming, i.e., substance abuse service with over 100 patients (South East London); preparing, checking, and organising the delivery of medicines in dossets (West London), and providing counselling for various conditions and circumstances presented by patients. Community pharmacists are being given more roles in the health care sector so I seek to constantly improve and diversify my skillset not only within community pharmacy but as a healthcare professional overall.
