Hi there, I'm Armine! I have provided mental health services for 15 years helping clients with anxiety, depression, grief/loss, chronic illness, postpartum, and life/career transitions in diverse populations of adults. Given my experience, I have developed a therapeutic approach that is based on the needs of clients. I combine evidence-based interventions with cognitive, and psychodynamic therapies. I provide a supportive environment where clients openly and safely express their experiences, emotions, and thoughts with acceptance and non-judgment.
