I am a Family Nurse Practitioner currently working at VNA Palliative and Hospice Care with prior experience in Nephrology as an NP. I also have experience in Long-term and Acute care and Home Health and Hospice care as an RN. As an FNP and Case Manager, I evaluate and assess the patient's condition and coordinate the plan of care with the Interdisciplinary team which includes the Physician, Social Worker, and Chaplain to provide palliative and hospice services bringing care and comfort to patients and their loved ones in regards with the patient's chronic and/or terminal illness. I deliver competent, compassionate care and I am committed to provide to the patient and their family with utmost excellence and superior service to ensure a dignified and comfortable quality of life. I graduated from California Baptist University with my Master's degree in Nursing and have ANCC Board certification as an FNP.
