As a Sr. Director Campus Development at Arizona College of Nursing, I oversee the academic operations and quality improvement of multiple campuses across the nation. I have more than 5 years of experience in higher education administration and leadership, and I am passionate about student success and nursing excellence. I hold a Doctor of Nursing Administration from Samford University, and I am a Certified Nurse Educator, a BLS provider, and a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt. I have extensive knowledge and experience in nursing education, accreditation, strategic planning, budgeting, human resource development, and new campus planning. I have led and participated in various accreditation visits and self-studies with ABHES, ACCSC, ACEN, CCNE, and CNEA, ensuring compliance and excellence in nursing education. I am driven by the mission of to preparing competent and compassionate nurses who can meet the health care needs of diverse communities.
