I am a Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor who offers therapy in a collaborative environment where we can work together to understand what is troubling you and identify the steps you can take towards realizing the path you envision.I specialize in working with clients going through life transitions. I have a focus on trauma and incorporate Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR). I have helped survivors of childhood sexual, emotional and physical abuse as well as individuals who are going through the grieving process of losing a loved one.I believe everyone has the capacity to reach their full potential with the necessary tools.
