As a member of the R&D leadership team at an innovative personalized medicine company dedicated to aiding patients through autologous cell therapy products for conditions like Parkinson's Disease, I am excited to channel my passion for cutting-edge science in neurological disorders. My role involves shaping and directing the strategic execution of research and preclinical activities, aiming for robust, timely, and compliant IND submissions with a comprehensive end-to-end perspective. Within my responsibilities, I serve as a subject matter expert in neurobiology, addressing key aspects of target identification/validation and nomination. I am involved in establishing in vitro and in vivo screening methodologies and providing guidance to cross-functional project teams. Additionally, I oversee interactions with external partners to meet program objectives.
