My name is Ana Luz R. Rashad and I am a couples and family therapist. I provide customized solution centered counseling to patients and families who are seeking to alleviate familial issues. I work with the whole family as well as with subsystems and individuals within the family. I specialize in supporting patients to develop coping mechanisms through self-awareness and improved communication. I approach work the same way I approach life, choosing to emphasize strengths over weaknesses and using positive reinforcement to endorse change.I completed my undergraduate degree at Boston University, my master’s degree at New York University, and I am completing my Ph.D. at in marriage and family therapy. I provide services in both English and Spanish and I have offices in Jupiter, Palm Beach, and Boca Raton.
