I have lots of experience in customer service and within the healthcare setting. All my roles have involved customer service which would be for a total of eight years and healthcare for three and a half years. I have achieved awards for my work as well as an NVQ and I am very keen to learn and expand my knowledge further. I can work in fast paced environments and communicate well with colleagues and customers. Adapting into new environments is a challenge I enjoy and can do so quickly.
