While working from a person-centered approach, I utilize Cognitive-Behavioral therapy, Emotion-Focused Therapy, Solution-Focused therapy, and Dialectical Behavioral Therapy techniques to empower and help individuals in areas including family conflict and relationship issues, trauma, and emotional and behavioral issues including depression, anxiety, mood dysregulation, low self-esteem, communication, and social issues. I offer long-term and short-term psychotherapy for children, teens, and adults.As a strong believer in the connection between mind, body, and soul and feel that growth and healing are an inside job.
