I work as a Practice Pharmacist in a GP practice in Buckinghamshire. I have a particular interest in long term conditions. I conduct asthma, COPD and spirometry clinics. I am an Independant Prescriber and as well as conducting respiratory clinics I am also trained to carry out Diabetic reviews for Type 2 diabetic patients on orals and injectables. I initiate insulin and glp1 agonists. I help with pharmaceutical queries, QOF attainment, clinical audit and general medication reviews.
