Allegra Parks is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker on the Upper West Side of New York who specializes in treating anxiety and depression. She particularly loves working with artists and performers. Allegra is certified in Gestalt Therapy, which highlights the mind-body connection and what’s happening in the present moment. She works with clients to build their self-awareness and explore how they they connect with people close to them.
