27 years experience delivering an highly efficient service to patients across all sectors, including, mental health, dementia care, sexual health and acute general medicines. I am a specialist in medicine management, and was one of the first technicians to develop this back in 2001. I have a foundation degree in mental health and learning disabilities and also a certificate in leadership management. I have extensive experience in managing a teams from 8 to 26 staff and even though this is a challenge it plays to my strengths and I enjoy the management side of the job including the Human Resources aspects of the role. I find the most reward I get is helping patients/people in all walks of life and if I can make their day or time in hospital a little brighter then I'm happy.
