About my strengths that I bring to leadership role: I am authentic, I don't pretend I know things when I don't. I am honest with myself and I am not afraid to ask questions when I don't know the answer. I am able to be calm and to remain calm under the pressure and in difficult situations and able to sort out problems quickly. I have a desire to overcome challenges and to achieve excellence. I am disciplined and I promote discipline in my team. I believe in my strengths and I am aware of my areas that need to be developed. I love to be surrounded by people smarter and kinder than me. Being present in the moment and creating goals are the most important things. Being motivated by a goal and having the grit to achieve it. Where there is the will there is the way. To create sustainability, flexibility and enjoying what I am doing, these are my motivations. As soon as I am in a comfortable place, I make myself uncomfortable again. I am constantly thinking about what I haven't done and I could have done. I think human beings are actually happiest in the pursuit of goals; not in the obtaining of happiness. After I won some prize, reach my targets I feel the need to set another goal. To my mind, leading by example and making small changes in ourselves, the others will notice and will imitate positive actions.
